8.1 Increase of dog bin emptying for 2017 summer months – proposal to increase bin emptying to weekly for dog bins sited at Finch Foundry field and adjacent to Surgery Cottage

8.30         8.2         STICKLEPATH 2025 – Health Issues
a. to note response had been sent to Okehampton Town Council who are gathering responses to consultation for closure of beds at Okehampton Hospital.
b. to discuss suggestion in response to Sticklepath 2025 for a GP surgery in the village

8.35           8.3         Devon Community Resilience Forum – proposals by Cllr Cruse based on her circulated report following attendance at Forum on 9 November.

– Welcome to new Residents Letter completed
– Sticklepath Walks Leaflet revision; request made to Heritage Committee
– Meeting with Mike Gilbert, agreeing to take on role of Village Recorder
– Invitation accepted to Reception in Okehampton, for their Edwardian Late Night Shopping
– Worked with Heritage Group on the Seasonal Social 16th December, and on fundraising targets for archive storage and display boards for the Village Hall.

e. DCC Flood Risk Management – request for details of flooding 21 Nov – circulated to appropriate Cllrs
